Last week we spoke about ‘The Law of Activity/Completion’ and I suggested a number of ways to get busy living a life less ordinary. This week I want to tackle a new idea …
The Law of Love
Ultimately it’s all about LOVE!
There is no question that love facilitates a happier life and the good news is that love works for both you (the giver) and the recipient.
A useful strategy for better living is to practice a daily ritual of thinking of the people and things that you love fresh on waking in the morning and being grateful for all the things you love just before going to bed at night; ‘Love in the morning – Gratitude at night’ or ‘Gratitude in the morning – Kindness and love all day’. While getting ready for the day mull over the things that you love. While getting ready for bed give thanks for the things that happened today and recently.
A sure fire way to create love is to practice humility. Be humble and be kind. And when you do this love follows quickly behind.
