The law of having a personal mission statement

One of the best ways to get to living a Life Less Ordinary is to have a personal Mission Statement that you can carry with you as your ‘safety net’ and something to remind you, in times of trouble and despair, that you have a moral code you can turn too.

My Mission Statement is ‘Be generous, be grateful and be kind, and take everyone you work with to their best place!’

mission-statementIt has come in very handy on the sad and lonely days when my road seems strewn with boulders. If I act out on my Mission Statement to reach out to just one person and help, I’m filled with a new joy. And, likewise, on the great days doing the same helps to bed down the great feelings.

All round having such a tool in your tool kit is a great asset for joy, peace and happiness. If you don’t have a personal mission statement, develop one now. Write it down, post it were you can see it and read it often.

And so on to the next topic. Next week … The Law of A Fearless Life’.
