The Law of Taking the Consequences

It seems like life is hard sometimes and we just want to cop out. But sadly we are, and always will be responsible for our actions and the consequences thereof! No way around this.

But being responsible also conveys a freedom. It frees you up to deal with outcomes, to deal with events proactively, and to be aware of how you manage problems.

Taking responsibility for consequences means, not only facing up to those that hurt, but also to celebrating those that feel good.

It’s a truism that actions have consequences. Knowing this means conducting your life in ways that mean outcomes will be meaningful and good.
